Lifecycle

getImportedKeyIds, getKeyMetadata, keyExists, and getImportedKeyAddress are public views.
deactivateKey prevents signing without erasing the key identity.
activateKey restores signing after fresh authentication.
signWithImportedKey binds the proof to keyId and digest.
